About De Amsterdamse Tandarts
De Amsterdamse tandarts is een kleine en gezellige praktijk in het centrum van Amsterdam en bestaat al sinds 1985 onder de naam Tandartspraktijk Plantage Weesperbuurt. De praktijk is in 2018 overgedragen en gaat sindsdien verder onder de naam: De Amsterdamse Tandarts.
De Amsterdamse Tandarts bestaat uit twee behandelkamers, drie tandartsen, een mondhygiënist en een preventie assistente. U kunt bij ons terecht voor een compleet pakket aan tandheelkundige zorg voor het hele gezin, zoals halfjaarlijkse controles, het maken van röntgenfoto’s, gebitsreiniging en het vullen van tanden en kiezen. Ook maken wij kroon- en brugwerk, gebitsprotheses en zetten wij implantaten. Daarnaast hebben wij ook veel ervaring met facings of andere esthetische behandelingen.
Omdat wij een klein team hebben stelt dat ons in staat om u een persoonlijke benadering te bieden. Wij realiseren ons hoe belangrijk het kan zijn om vertrouwde gezichten te zien en hebben er dan ook alles voor over om onze patiënten met een tevreden glimlach naar huis te sturen.

She is thorough and very friendly and clear. Always with a smile. I noticed her website is available in English and I assure you her English is fluent.

Being scared of the dentist for the past 32 years of my life it’s taking a bit of an effort to make my way to the dentist. This being the first time I had to be treated with a filling Dr. Ai Lien took wonderful care of me, didn’t rush and explained everything what’s happening. I felt in very good and professional hands and the treatment turned out not to be as painful and scary as expected.
Lovely practice staff too and Covid-19 measures are followed with care - can highly recommend.

Had poor customer experience whilst trying to resolve my bill when I asked to pay for everything I owed and was accidentally only billed for 1 of my 2 appointments. This resulted in me unknowingly getting charged for 40 euros in late fees for the invoice I had thought to have paid. I would encourage people to make sure these things are clear when going here.
(Revised after owner reached out and tried to find a compromise. Confusing invoicing seems to be a common problem with medical practices in NL, so be careful of it wherever you go)
