★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was curious to go & try Russian pelmeni in Amsterdam, read & heard good things about this place. Well we came, the service was great, the guy who was serving our table was very friendly, polite & welcoming. The food was ok but nothing special. We were with kids & noticed that people with kids are visiting this place. Maybe they should also offer some things especially for kids simple classic taste pelmeni, apple juice, maybe alcohol free beer for pregnant women. So overall experience was ok, one time to come & try is enough. I dont think I will be back especially after impression we got from the owner of the place. Very indifferent, not a friendly guy without a smile, who wasn’t even trying to make us feel welcomed.

Everything we tried here was delicious, and the visial was great!
I highly recommend this place to discover Russian cuisine or to get a taste of home for those who miss it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic Food and Warm Atmosphere. Dranniki was just amazing. Mead and Kvas kind of Russian fermented drink. So yummy! Good choice of natural wines!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing! The food is delicious! I had the draniki and belyash and my son had the pelmeni with beef. These were really tasty. Our waiter was awesome and very friendly with child. I cannot recommend this place enough! Such a warm and welcoming environment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here with my Russian girlfriend, and we both LOVED the food. It was amezing, the both of us where blown away by the great food. The orange wine they had was great aswel.
Overal a fantastic food and drink experience.

Portions are small for the price though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were company of 4. And had chosen Chefs menu out of 4 courses, so we had a chance to try almost all dishes. I Must say it was overall a great and delicious dinner! I like the best herring with red beet mousse, pelmeni with beef, duck with salty caramel and coffee souse. Very nice fermented veggies and some fermented ingredients. Unusual natural wines. Very attentive service - all that together made our Saturday evening very enjoyable experience!
