Gesprekkosten worden dubbel gefactureerd, tevens stond er voor ons een onbekend nummer bij de belkosten van een thais restaurant. Wil je overstappen dan dien je eerst een nergens op gebaseerde afkoopsom te betalen van over de 1000 euro. Men keurt porteringen af iets wat wettelijk niet is toegestaan. (Men registreert de nummers op het priveadres van de eigenaar zodat overstappen niet mogelijk is.) Abonnement is extreem duur, het mooiste is men probeert nu 2 jaar later de afkoopsom nog te innen onder de noemer van een openstaande factuur. Ben gelukkig goed geholpen door de provider VOICEDATA met de overstap. Ronnie de eigenaar daar valt niet mee te praten hij zou nog wel een advocaat naar ons (lees een vrijwilligersorganisatie.) zou sturen en ook naar zijn eigen leverancier waar hij zaken inkoopt dit omdat zijn eigen leverancier ons geholpen heeft om toch de overstap te kunnen maken.
