★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had some issues when my wife got a new phone. We had to make several calls to the main T-mobile customer care to get this figured out because this store made some mistakes. Of course everybody makes mistakes from time to time, but this was a real inconvenience for us, thus the 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from the staff. They answered all my questions and were transparent about everything. No hidden costs, plus the best deals in the Netherlands. I am a ‘creature of habit’ and do not easily switch from service providers, but I am happy I changed from Vodafone to T-Mobile. I could only do so with the information from the staff, and after being on a T-Mobile contract for a month now I am still happy with my decision. The phone works excellently; mobile number transfer was quick with no issues; costs has been as agreed; no network issues experienced to date. I would highly recommend going to this store and asking the guys for help! Many thanks T-Mobile Shop Wageningen!
