β β β β β Staff of the company are generally nice. However, I had a problem with one girl working there, she was rude and a little bit violent. I was sit down in a place that I didn't know that I couldn't stay, instead of asking me respectfully to leave that place, she decided to push me, I almost fell into the floor. When I went to her to ask for respect I was threatened with being kicked out of the local. This is not a good service for consumers. I am not sure if I will return.

β β β β β Came for lunch/early dinner. Unfriendly service. We considered leaving many times. The food was ok, not spectacular and simple, but the service was just not appropriate. There are plenty of better places to go in Rotterdam!

β β β β β The service was terrible. They gave away my food to someone else and did not even apologize for it. I waited for so long for my food. But ofcourse the atmosphere feels good. A bit expensive as well.

β β β β β A coffee and chocolade milk for 7.50 was ok, nothing special but the chocolate milk was very sweet so I asked if I could get a glass of tap water after it and was refused with a message that they only give "free water" to people who need medication. Place to avoid, no class, no manners just pretense. We planned to eat but decided to leave

β β β β β Disorganized mess. Had to wait way too long to get in even though we have already bought tickets online. There was only one person to scan your online tickets and no one else. They did not even check for our covid results. When we warned this lady about the inhumane situation to enter, she just said that she was not outside. I expected like sorry for the inconvenience caused or something. You can see in my attached pictures how the situation was to enter. People were pushing to enter because it was going slow. A guy next to me was already 2 hours in the βlineβ to enter. You pay for the toilets but they were downright rancid! Hygiene is especially important now after corona. Improvement point: I mean if you know how many people will attend the party based on the online tickets just hire more people at the door or just make 2 lines for the ones with and without tickets. People pay for the toilets, just checkup and do a small clean up every 2 hours.

Try everything. Tasty dishes in good prices for everyone. Look the prices on menu before order. Smiley owners and employes with kidness. It would be 5 stars if we didn't wait someone to look on us to pay. We were waiting for a half of an hour more or less for someone to see us. We were sitting outside with bad weather day. All the other were perfect

β β β β β Worst Experience Ever, Staff was drunk
I was on top of the bar, like everyone and I got a sparky candle from the bar and a girl attending the bar grabbed my leg making me put it back, very rudely and she was making me come down. This girl attending the bar was clearly drunk and only wanted problems. As far as Iβm concerned employees shouldnβt be drunk in working hours. I asked the people attending the bar for the name of the girl and they didnβt want to tell me it so I took a photo of her . In the second picture of a guy, an employee that laughed at my face when I asked him the name of the employee that touched my leg in order to make a complain. I do not know their names but they were very rude, I will not come again to this place or recommend it to anyone. I also complained to a security guy and he didnβt want to tell me her name either. The staff here is so unprofessional and rude.
