O	Ola kissa Lagritite on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeker goed plaats om te studeren. De medewerkers zijn ook klantvriendelijk en behulpzaam. Definitely a good place to study. The employees are also customer-friendly and helpful.

Place to be voor de lezers. Beautiful library. Books are easy to find, possibly with the help of computer or employees who are also very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Place to be for readers.
R	Ruud van der Laan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor een paar maanden terug zeker 5 sterren. Vandaag langs geweest. Ik was zeer verbaasd. Een compleet andere opstelling. Waar eerst zeeën van ruimte was om lekker rustig te kunnen toeven, is de opstelling nu erg krap. Er is in de huidige opstelling totaal niet rekening gehouden met invalide mensen in een rolstoel, de boeken stellingen staan erg krap op elkaar. Want zo zei men er moest rekening gehouden worden met lezingen. Waar er eerst een leuke kinderafdeling was staan de boeken nu op alfabetische volgorde tussen de andere boeken. Het is even wennen werd er gezegd. Certainly 5 stars for a few months ago. Visited today. I was amazed. A completely different setup. Where before there was plenty of space to relax, the set-up is now very tight. In the current setup, disabled people in wheelchairs have not been taken into account at all, the book shelves are very tight on each other. Because so they said readings had to be taken into account. Where there used to be a nice children's section, the books are now in alphabetical order among the other books. It was said to take some getting used to.

S	Sirine Abdelouahd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personeel is heel slecht als je vraagt waar een boek is zeggen ze dat je het zelf moet zoeken. Als ik binnen kom kijkt het personeel je heel boos aan. Je voelt je totaal niet welkom. Staff is very bad if you ask where a book is they tell you to find it yourself. When I enter the staff look at you very angry. You don't feel welcome at all.
I	Iris Wind on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuke locatie. Werknemers zijn erg behulpzaam en sociaal. Fijn om een gesprek mee te voeren. Wel een enorme minpunt naar de hangjongeren toe. Er wordt veel lawaai gemaakt door een bepaalde groep. De werknemers worden door de hangjongeren respectloos behandeld. Er word geschreeuwd, gelachen, gegeten en vies achtergelaten. Ook zijn ze met meerdere tegelijk naar de wc gegaan en moest een werknemer erachteraan gaan. Dit zorgde voor een onrustige sfeer voor de werknemers die niet hun werk konden verrichten en ik als klant niet zonder onderbroken te worden een boek kon lezen. Ik heb als klant aangegeven dat ik het niet fijn vond hoeveel geluid zij maakten, alleen werd ik op een erg asociale manier door de hangjongeren aangesproken over het feit dat ik me er niet mee moet bemoeien. Ik hoop dat in de toekomst hier wel wat aan gedaan gaat worden. Het is niet de bedoeling dat klanten met onrust boeken lezen of leren en daarnaast is het voor de werknemers geen fijne werksfeer. Nice location. Employees are very helpful and sociable. Nice to have a conversation with. A huge downside to the loiterers. A lot of noise is made by a certain group. The employees are treated disrespectfully by the loiterers. They shout, laugh, eat and leave dirty. They also went to the toilet with several at the same time and an employee had to go after it. This created a restless atmosphere for the employees who could not do their work and I as a customer could not read a book without being interrupted. As a customer I indicated that I did not like how much noise they made, only I was approached in a very antisocial way by the loitering youth about the fact that I should not interfere. I hope something will be done about this in the future. It is not the intention that customers read or learn books with unrest and it is also not a pleasant working atmosphere for the employees.
