Despite my online purchase dissapointment (never arrive yet auto return), the onsite customer service help me to think of any possible solution. The other department also happily help me to get what i wish for a 20 years of work anniversay gift. The only minus point was on the online/phone customer service. It was only when I point out the unfairness (i must go to shop myself to get the product for our company event, pay wrapping service fee but this did not get to be refunded while i never receive the product), and ask where to file a complain, then do the CS say: let me see what i can do and offer the eur 5,- voucher. Not efficient but i am glad they did not complicate the matters. CS should be trained to assess the situation rather than merely saying "i understand; i am so sorry; there is nothing i can do" at the first place.

The Beehive is a closer second, you do lose 1 star for not having a full restaurant and cocktail lounge that is open in the evenings, plus the signage for each floor is very bad. Fix those and you'll be perfect ?

They got all sorts of high-end brands to look amazing, and if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. At every instore shop there is someone to answer the questions with professional knowledge of the products. So do take a look and enjoy, even if you're not planning on buying anything it's a great experience!
R	Rudy Chambon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as big as expected, spent most time on the 3rd floor, where they have household items, books, electronics, suitcases and more. It's not cheap, but what they have is of good quality. Friendly staff and nice to spend there some time while shopping in Rotterdam

Unfortunately, the lady didn't take off the price and I was very ashamed when I gave the gift with the price tag on... Incredibly unprofessional, absolutely never going to shop there.
