★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went by to buy an item i saw on the website, unfortunately it was out of stock. The ladies behind the counter assured me 100% if I ordered it from them it would be delivered the next day between 14-18:00 ("faster than if i ordered it online"), note it was friday. So I did. Then I get an email that says that the order will be sent between 14:00-18:00 but will be physically delivered 1-2 days later. So now its monday and its still not delivered. I am very disappointed that I trusted their advice and am now waiting 5 days to receive the item I intended to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is really nice and great selection but the customer experience is sub par compared to other hunkemoller shops. In two different occasions, the staff wasn’t really helpful or willing to talk to us. We bought a gift but there was a piece missing from the robe. The next day when we realized and went back to ask if we could have a similar one, they weren’t even polite when trying to tell us that they didn’t found anything and couldn’t do anything since they didn’t find anything. There is always a more polite way to talk to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a horrible shopping experience this place was for me. I felt so uncomfortable duo the people working there. I had 6 items I wanted to try on and the woman standing there told us ladies to hurry up. Tried asking someone in the store a question but they really don't want to help you buy the products. I will never come back to this store again. The way the personal treat's their customers considering the prices are expensive enough. I would not recommend anyone to go here there are more better shops around who actually have customer service.
