Leider ist das Reklamationsmanagement der Firma eine Katastrophe. Bei der letzten Lieferung wurde mangelhafte Ware gesendet (offen und knappes Haltbarkeitsdatum). Auf Mails wurde bis heute nicht geantwortet. Kein guter Kundenservice.
