 Nice area with tough climbs, nice view of the excavation and sometimes you come across some cattle

Breeding place for birds. Very nice to see. Take a good viewer and / or zoom lens (900 mm) with you. You don't see anything with the naked eye.

Nice to walk just outside Maastricht, sometimes steep paths up and down. The quarry looks very nice

Nice walking area for a weekend walk with kids. Not too long and still feels a bit foreign in terms of holiday feeling.

Really a very nice piece of Limburg to walk through. You can walk straight into the area from the Curfs quarry. If you are lucky you will encounter all kinds of wild animals. We even spotted a deer ...
