Welkom bij Eetcafé de Eend!Op het moment dat u uw auto verlaat en naar De Eend toeloopt merkt u meteen dat deze locatie anders is dan u van menig restaurant zou verwachten.
De combinatie van restaurant, zoetwatervisserij, jachthaven en bootverhuur is natuurlijk niet zo snel gevonden. Eenmaal binnen wordt u omarmd door de warme en gastvrije sfeer van het interieur.
Een ongedwongen sfeer van stijlvol, klassiek met een snufje Eend.
Subtiele verlichting aangevuld met romantisch kaarslicht maakt dat u extra geniet van uw lunch, diner of feestavond.
Veel streek en seizoensgebonden gerechten vindt u op de menukaart.

Even though there were other free tables they made us sit at a rather uncomfortable table right next to the entrance of the terrace. They wouldn't even say goodbye while we were leaving. Bad service, good food!

The place is as authentic as it gets, the stuff is awesome, the food is fun and tasty... Some portions are huge (main courses).
We especially liked the lamb, the carpaccio with foie gras and the onion soup.
The venue is correct, could benefit from a bit of painting, deep cleaning and updating but on this waterfront location it's acceptable.
I would definitely recommend it and will come back.
