★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit kantoor biedt o.m. aan om voor u de soc. premies in de TaxPlusValue terug te vragen.Voor deze relatief geringe werkzaamheden wordt een buitensporig hoog tarief gerekend.In mijn geval ong. €2000 wat betekent dat het kantoor er m e e r aan over houdt dan de rechthebbende.Mijn advies : niet doen en zelf bij de Franse fiscus gaan terug vragen.Fluitje van een cent!Volstaan kan worden om te verwijzen naar de uitspraak van het Conseil d'Etat van 2019 (Dreyer arrest).Wees niet bang voor vormfouten o.i.d. , want de Franse fiscus is soepeler dan u denkt!Succes!
