A couple of months ago and a year after having given birth, I had very serious lower back problems. After several visits to 3 other physiotherapists, it was finally fixed at the Fysio Studio with some good explanations, exercises and advice for training my transversus abdomenis muscle. Now I can continue lifting my even heavier son. Thanks, Jody!

Jody has great knowledge in the physiology of the body and is very good at explaining what is wrong and what needs to improve, and helps you get there. I highly recommend this place if you are in need of a physio!

Professional, knowledgeable, kind and taking the time for the treatment (after seeing Fysio who wants you out after 15 min this was just a wonderful and refreshing experience). Charlotte is just lovely and spot on and I’m so glad I finally made it to this practice. Super recommend!
