Erg jammer Wat zeer positief is opgevallen. Is dat De Garage Sittard na een eerdere review direct contact met mij gezocht heeft om de problemen te bespreken maar ook op te lossen Dit is erg goed. Maar ook serieus en professioneel. Found a nice car at the garage. Unfortunately a week later delivered as promised. And the previously discussed repairs were not carried out. Geleverde auto was schoon, netjes en het papierwerk was vlot geregeld. Helemaal blij mee. Aanrader! De Garage in Sittard is good and pleasant to do business. Tot nu een apk en kleine beurt laten uitvoeren. Beide keren heel duidelijke afspraken kunnen maken en de prijzen vallen reuze mee! I have only had good experiences with this garage. Jack from the reception is an asset to this company, you always feel welcome and you are well served. Until now have an MOT and small turn performed. Daar aangekomen wist blijkbaar niemand iets van een afspraak. En de auto, die was inmiddels verkocht. Geen telefoontje gehad, geen excuus, niks. Nee, de verkoper beklaagde zich bij mij dat hij het zo druk had dat hij niet eens tijd had om zijn boterhammen te eten tussen de middag. Daar zat ik echt op te wachten... Unfortunately the pictures are nicer than the service. Made an appointment for a test drive a while ago. Taken half the day off and off to the garage. Once there, apparently nobody knew anything about an appointment. And the car, which had already been sold. No phone call, no apology, nothing. No, the salesman complained to me that he was so busy that he didn't even have time to eat his sandwiches for lunch. I was really waiting for that...

Heb vervolgens De Garage gebeld en ze zijn komen kijken. Ze hebben de auto vervolgens mee genomen. Twee dagen later werd me verteld dat de versnellingsbak kapot was en me dat wel geteld 700 euro zou gaan kosten. ( Als alleenstaande moeder echt niet te betalen dus...) Maargoed mijn auto moest toch gemaakt) vervolgens maar gebeld met de gene waar ik de auto heb gekocht. Die gaf al meteen aan dat hij dat erg vreemd vond. Ivm het hoge geluid wat er van de auto af kwam. Takel wagen gebeld en de auto laten afslepen naar zijn garage. Wat blijkt, de dynamo is stuk. Kost op de sloop 50 euro.... Jammer dat dit gebeurd, triest. Maargoed. Weer wat geleerd. Vertrouw nooit op een garage bel altijd een tweede en laat je niks wijs maken Last week my car suddenly wouldn't start. Two days later I was told that the gearbox was broken and that it would cost me 700 euros. (As a single mother really not to pay so...) Anyway my car had to be made) then I called the person where I bought the car. He immediately indicated that he found this very strange. Because of the high sound that came from the car. Called Hoist car and had the car towed to his garage. As it turns out, the alternator is broken. Costs 50 euros on demolition. Too bad this happened, sad. Nevertheless. Learned something again. Never trust a garage always call a second one and don't be fooled
B	Benjamen Perry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not always the quickest place to get a car in for service (because they are always busy), but great service at a great price when they do. The starter motor on my car recently quit during the cold snap. I couldn't drive it to the garage for repair. So they came to my house and towed it in for me. Although they were very busy they managed to get a new starter ordered and installed anyway all for 350 Euro out the door. The car has never started this well since I have owned it. I don't speak Dutch but it doesn't seem to matter as all the staff speak English and we can always communicate perfectly. Highly recommend.
