★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boek besteld van M. van Dokkum. Bibliotheek boek 'nagenoeg nieuw'. Ontvang een afgeschreven bieb boek, vol vieze stickers en beschadigingen! Uitgave 1999! €7,50+€4 verzendkosten.... Dit boek is nieuw te bestellen( uitgave 2018!!) voor €12+1,75 verzendkosten €13,75. Had ik dat maar gedaan.
Klacht is wel opgelost. Ik heb €5 terug gekregen.
 Book ordered from M. van Dokkum. Library book 'almost new'. Receive a written-off library book, full of dirty stickers and damage! 1999 edition! € 7.50 + € 4 shipping costs .... This book can be ordered new (2018 edition !!) for € 12 + € 1.75 shipping costs € 13.75. If only I had.
Complaint has been resolved. I got € 5 back.
