★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onbeleefde eigenares schreeuwt vraagt de hoofdprijs en maakt de kleding niet zoals het afgesproken was. Erg onprofessioneel artikelen zijn echt verknald. Een 1 is nog teveel. Niet erg om de hoofdprijs te betalen maar dan verwacht ik wel kwaliteit. Prutsers zijn het.
Rude owner screams asks the top prize and does not make the clothes as agreed. Very unprofessional articles are really messed up. A 1 is still too much. Not bad to pay the top prize but then I expect quality. They are squatters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have brought for cleaning a high quality cotton hoody in bright neon green color and it was returned without any neon sharpness, and the hoody was one size bigger having completely lost its previous shape. Basically it has been totally spoiled a fashion 380E value cloth!
When I asked why the color was completely lost, I was answered that it's normal to lose the color after washing and there was nothing that could be done.
The same hoody was previously washed successfully in other laundries coming out as new.

After returning it to the shop, it looks impeccable now. Thanks for the quick reply and service.
