β β β β β Itβs the worst place where I could have ever trusted my clothes to be cleaned. They destroyed a jumper (high brand name) & didnβt take the responsibility. Not professional at all and of course Not recommended. Will not go back ??

β β β β β I had the pleasure of having a large candle fall on my head at a Mexican restaurant in Noord β we thought all the wax had ruined my fluffy Moncler jacket, shirt, and jeans, but Zuid Stomerijen saved the day. All wax was removed and the clothes were as good as new. Magic!

β β β β β I'm very satisfied with this company, very professional, they come and pick up your cloths and deliver it also. I had a white jacket that was pretty hard to clean and they did an amazing job with it. Also they cleaned very well some fluffy blanket and are looking like knew. Good communication and they are always on time. Will still use their service for sure.

β β β β β This is THE WORST laundry company I have ever used. They DO NOT have a customer protection. I gave them my clothes to clean and they did not do it properly. In particular, they did not clean a belt of my vest. It had stains when I sent it to them and I received it in the same condition. Luckily, for the proof I took videos of my clothes before sending it and took pictures after receiving it as well.
Right after I received my clothes from this company I contacted them and sent a picture of the belt with the same stains. I got a call immediately and was told that they would pick it up and clean it again. Since there were the same stains on the vest of the belt and they were gone, I am sure that it is easy to get rid of the stains on the belt.
Everything sounds good except the fact that they actually NEVER picked up my belt and ignored me afterwards for 2 weeks. When I contacted them the fourth time, they sent me a message (see the attachment) in which they say that they will charge me for the pick up and cleaning the belt which they failed to.
I will not leave it like this and will definitely talk to my lawyer about the further actions since IT IS NOT my fault that they did not clean the belt which I have payed for to be cleaned.

Think twice before using this company.
