When I called them, they just left me waiting and told me they would call me back "in a minute" well they never did call me back. Later, I found out they were not even allowed to give appointment for the apartment since other agency had the place ....
Very bad quality of service.
Rude on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO, never go there people. The landlord stole money from the deposit after the apartment check-out and the check-out document was already signed. They (the agency) did't tell anything about. Unbelievable but sadly true

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Careful! The company made us move into a different apartment than we had agreed (we had no choice as we moved countries; the original apartment was given to the "owner's niece"). The apartment we were offered had a number of problems including water damage. The company also charges fees which you don't have to pay in the Netherlands anymore. You can claim them back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the most immoral Real Estate Agency I've ever seen. I had sleepless nights because of the owner Marijn, who couldn't have cared less about the impact of his lack of care. Stay away from these guys, if you don't want to suffer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besides the very friendly people working at their office i was helped very professionally when looking for an apartment in The Hague to rent. They did not hide anything and informed me about all the pro´s and cons of the house. I already send several people owners of apartments and tenants to their office and all were content with De Haagsche Makelaar. I was so happy with their service that i asked them to sell my house in another city. And even though they are not located there they sold it in this difficult market !! :-) Great guys, great service and results !
