Van de eerste kennismaking tot en met de overdracht bij de notaris ervoer ik de begeleiding van het hele verkoopproces als bijzonder prettig.
Bezichtigingen werden aangekondigd. Een terugkoppeling volgde onmiddellijk.
Uiteindelijk werd het huis snel verkocht. De onderhandelingen verliepen zakelijk en maakten een deskundige indruk.
Betrouwbaarheid en persoonlijke benadering voelden goed.
Ik beveel Estata van harte aan!
A few months ago I wanted to sell my house. I got the tip to call in Estata.
From the first meeting up to and including the transfer at the notary I experienced the guidance of the entire sales process as very pleasant.
Viewings were announced. Feedback immediately followed.
Eventually the house was sold quickly. The negotiations were business-like and made an expert impression.
Reliability and personal approach felt good.
I heartily recommend Estata!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found a home with Estata. The whole procedure was very clear. That’s the only agency that sent me an example contract to look at before I proceed with sending them any documents. Also no fees from tenant, no unreasonable fines, everything perfectly legal. I would recommend them especially to expats who are not familiar with dutch law: with Estata you won’t be taken advantage of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We would not recommend buying a house from Estata, they would go about hiding so many negative aspects of the house and present it so well so that you end up buying. After you have moved in you realise all the hidden problems.
Of course some problems dont reveal themselves even during technical inspections and you end up having to fix all the problems.
These people only care to get their share of money that’s it.
