Afwijzingen op reparatie verzoeken die nodig zijn.
Slechte controle op werkzaamheden die uitgevoerd zijn.
Was het maar zoals hiervoor was zonder de huishouding.
En ik blijf dingen vragen omdat er niks gebeurd zo groeien er nog steeds bramenstruiken en bomen op het dak die Niet zijn weggehaald
Uit de hoogte doen ook nog kom kijken zou ik zeggen ipv bijdehand te doen
Dikke vette onvoldoende
Poor handling repairs shortly by mail
Rejections on repair requests that are needed.
Poor inspection of work that has been carried out.
If only it was as before without housekeeping.
And I keep asking things because nothing happened so there are still blackberry bushes and trees on the roof that have not been removed
Doing it from height also I would say instead of doing smart

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne club om als VvE-bestuur mee te werken. Kundige medewerkers die goed het onderscheid maken tussen zaken voor de VvE en zaken die door individuele eigenaars opgepakt moeten worden! Geven goede adviezen en schakelen kundige (bouw)begeleiders bij als er grote onderhoudsprojecten zijn!
Nice club to work with as a VvE board. Skilled employees who make a good distinction between matters for the VvE and matters that must be handled by individual owners! Give good advice and contact skilled (construction) supervisors when there are major maintenance projects!
