★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik zou vanochtend een afspraak hebben met Johan de graaf maar helaas kwam hij niet opdagen. Bijna 30 minuten gewacht maar niemand kon hem blijkbaar bereiken. Uiteindelijk heb ik zelf om 1600 teruggebeld om te vragen of Johan ondertussen gearriveerde is?? De receptie liet mij weten hij gewoon aanwezig is en afspraken heeft. Ik vroeg gelijk waarom hij mij nog niet gebeld heeft, daar kon geen zinnig antwoord op gegeven worden. Erg slecht behandeld door de Hypotheekshop Dordrecht. Zeker niet aan te raden.
This morning I would have an appointment with Johan de Graaf, but unfortunately he did not show up. Waited almost 30 minutes but apparently nobody could reach him. Eventually I called back at 1600 to ask if Johan has arrived in the meantime? The front desk informed me he is just present and has appointments. I immediately asked why he hasn't called me yet, no meaningful answer could be given. Very poorly treated by the Hypotheekshop Dordrecht. Certainly not recommended.
