★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teleurstellend, moest overal achteraan bellen om Schot in de zaak te krijgen. Tijdens vakantie van onze adviseur waren zijn collega''s niet op de hoogte, terwijl wij tegen onze ontbindende voorwaarden aanliep en de hypotheek niet rond was.
Disappointingly, he had to call everywhere in the back to get Schot in the business. During our adviser's vacation his colleagues were unaware, while we ran into our resolutive conditions and the mortgage was not completed.

Aangezien dit mijn eerste koopwoning was, vond ik het erg belangrijk om een hypotheekadviseur te kiezen die mij goed kon informeren en vertrouwen uitstraalde. Vanaf het eerste moment dat ik bij de Hypotheker te Bergen op Zoom binnenstapte had ik goed en vertrouwd gevoel. Het gesprek was erg aangenaam en informatief. Mijn persoonlijke financiële situatie werd goed belicht en men calculeerde voor mij exact wat wel en niet haalbaar zou zijn. Erg fijn is dat!
De Hypotheker heeft mijn gehele traject van aanvraag tot afronding voor mij uit handen genomen en mij continu over elke voortgang geïnformeerd. Het gehele traject verliep vlekkeloos en ook nadien de hypotheek rond was werd ik door een medewerkster opgebeld om na te vragen of alles nog naar wens was en ik nog eventuele vragen had. Dit noem ik nog eens service! Ik kan de Hypotheker met gerust hart aanbevelen. Goede service, eerlijk advies en goede bereikbaarheid bij eventuele vragen.

The entire process went smoothly and even after the mortgage was complete, I was called by an employee to ask if everything was satisfactory and if I had any questions. I call this service again!
