★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas zeer slechte ervaringen met dit bedrijf, slechte communicatie, we moesten altijd zelf terugbellen, heel lang werd er niks gedaan ondanks toezeggingen, uiteindelijk via rechtsbemiddeling opgelost, het was allemaal prutswerk, sterke afrader!!!!
 Unfortunately very bad experiences with this company, bad communication, we always had to call back ourselves, nothing was done for a long time despite promises, eventually resolved through legal mediation, it was all tinkering, strong betrayal !!!!

Top company! Lots of personal guidance and contact. I was able to answer all questions regarding the purchase of the house. All in all highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte communicatie, beloftes niet waar kunnen maken, zorgen voor veel extra kosten en totaal niet op de hoogte van veranderende wetgeving. Al met al een afrader. Wel een goede salespitch ;)
Poor communication, not being able to keep promises, result in many extra costs and totally unaware of changing legislation. All in all, not a good idea. A good sales pitch though;)

Over hypotheken of verzekeringen bij perfect hypotheken.
Deze mensen zijn oplichters en hebben geld af kunnen troggelen van kinderen van 20 jaar. Caspar de groot mag in zijn handjes klappen dat hij deze laffe actie heeft kunnen doen.
Ze behandelen je als grof vuil, vinden zichzelf nog al heel wat, maar de waarheid is dat hij zijn centjes verdiend aan oplichterij.
Hij frummeld een levensverzekering snel tussen de papieren door en beloofd dingen die hij bij voorbaat niet na kan komen. Hij ziet bij voorbaat het geld al in de ogen wat hij af kan troggelen. Uiteindelijk geen hypotheek kunnen krijgen. Maar wel 1500 euro mogen betalen met ene factuur waar niks gespecificeerd in beschreven stond. Na het ontvangen van het factuur heeft hij er nog 250 euro boven op gegooid. Na telefonisch contact om te vragen waar dit vandaan komt heeft hij dit er ook gelijk af gehaald “ wetend dat hij hier niet mee weg zal komen”

These people are scammers and have been able to steal money from children as young as 20 years old. Caspar the great can applaud that he was able to do this cowardly action.
They treat you like gross, think they are quite a bit, but the truth is that he makes his money from scamming.
He quickly fumbles a life insurance policy between the papers and promises things that he cannot keep in advance. He sees the money in the eye in advance which he can steal. Ultimately not being able to get a mortgage. But being allowed to pay 1500 euros with an invoice that did not specify anything. After receiving the invoice, he added another 250 euros. After telephone contact to ask where this comes from, he also immediately took this off "knowing that he will not get away with this"

Contact went well and quickly. Able to close a mortgage in a very short time. I don't recognize the negative reviews. Perfect mortgages definitely recommended.
