Moest ook zelf veel achteraan bellen om navraag te doen of andere partijen hun deel hadden gedaan ipv dat wij door hun op de hoogte werden gehouden. Dat geeft onnodig zenuwen in een proces wat sowieso al spannend is. Mag dus wel iets klantgerichter. Verder viel op dat we zelf bepaalde opties moesten aankaarten, omdat annuïteiten in ons geval handiger was, maar moesten wel zelf onze wensen kenbaar maken voordat hierover gesproken werd. Het is dus goed om voortijdig dat je hierheen gaat zelf je onderzoek te hebben gedaan. Zodat je weet wat je wil en bij je past. Doe je eigen onderzoek. Hypotheker kan dan wel goed helpen met bundelen van gegevens en de rode draad bewaken of alle dossier compleet is. Ook kunnen ze in hun systeem goed kijken naar de financiering en hoogte van rentes bij verschillende partijen. Zowel binnenlands als buitenlands. Zodat je wel meest passende financierder kiest. Maar geef nooit de regie volledig uit handen!! Houd zelf de controle en wees eigen baas over dit proces! Ultimately, the financing went well. Buitenlandse achternamen blijken voor hem te “ingewikkeld”. Afknapper Hypotheker! In februari 2020 zijn wij voor een oriënterend gesprek bij Marco geweest, waarin alle opties (nieuwbouw vs. bestaande bouw, etc.) aan ons zijn uitgelegd. Na dit gesprek hadden we een duidelijk beeld van waar we op moesten letten en wat ons budget was. Toen we eenmaal een (nieuwbouw)woning hadden aangekocht en op relatief korte termijn een hypotheek wilden regelen, heeft Marco van de Hypotheker Hilversum ons goed en helder geadviseerd bij het regelen van de hypotheek. Al onze zorgen werden door hem weggenomen en alles is ruim op tijd geregeld. We zijn uiterst tevreden met hoe het proces verlopen is. De Hypotheker Hilversum has guided us very well with the purchase of our (first) owner-occupied home. In February 2020 we went to Marco for an exploratory meeting, in which all options (new construction vs. existing construction, etc.) were explained to us. R	Rob de Boer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het initiële gesprek voor het oversluiten van onze aflopende hypotheek verliep heel positief. De opties werden helder uiteengezet en de keuze was snel gemaakt. Het resterende proces verliep echter rommelig. Het vertrouwen bij ons tijdens het proces had beter geweest, als de verschillende medewerkers van de hypotheker met wie we contact hebben gehad (3 verschillende) dezelfde informatie hadden gedeeld en beter van elkaars contact momenten op de hoogte waren geweest. De eerste zegt ja we gaan zeker op tijd oversluiten, waarop nog geen halfuur later een ander zegt hm... ik weet niet of we het op tijd gaan redden. Stukken die al ingediend waren en na een maand onvindbaar bleken. De afspraak met de notaris zou geregeld worden door de hypotheker, uiteindelijk heeft het notariaat zelf met ons contact opgenomen. En konden we 3 dagen na de sluitdatum van onze eerdere hypotheek toch tekenen. Het zijn maar kleine dingen, alleen erg veel voor een partij die je verder helpt tegen betaling. Uiteindelijk is alles geregeld, maar minder stress hierover was fijn geweest, in de periode van 3 maanden die het nodig had om alles geregeld te krijgen. They are only small things, only a lot for a party that helps you further for a fee. In the end everything was arranged, but less stress about this would have been nice, in the period of 3 months it took to get everything arranged.
