★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service. We helped our son move out of his dorm and into an apartment. We are from the U.S. were trying to figure out logistics last minute. I found De MeubleTAXI on Monday and scheduled the move (online) for Tuesday. Ricardo showed up exactly on time and helped us move a couch and a bunch of other things. He was super professional and the move went off without a hitch. I can not recommend Ricardo and De MeubelTAXI enough. They do jobs of all sizes, are stress-free and reasonably priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -I found this company horrible to deal with and I never will again. They have zero customer focus. To organise my move I had a 20 minute conversation with the reception desk, explaining my situation, that I had furniture that needed dismantling and I needed help packing up things. The person on phone reconfirmed the details and said I would receive a confirmation email. They sent the email to the incorrect address. The morning of the move two guys showed up with no equipment and said they were only booked for an hour. It was extremely stressful. They blamed me for the misunderstanding even they sent the email to the wrong address. The movers had an extra 30 minutes, which they sent me an invoice for. When I delayed paying it they sent a debt collector after the payment without even calling me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a less than pleasant experience with this company. The person replying to emails was friendly, fast and informative. However, the driver was not. From the moment he stepped out of the car he was grumpy and disrespectful. He was disrespectful of my uncles living situation and just generally upset and not professional. I understand that I had made a mistake regarding the moving situation but his attitude was not acceptable. When I passed this on to the company they said they would pass it on and sort of just shrugged it off. The price would have been good, the communication went fast but the attitude of the driver left a lot to be desired.

The truck came with various kinds of utensils which helped a great deal. Great service for a fair price – highly recommended!

Their team very quickly responded to our request for a quote, were very pleasant and friendly to work with, and walked us through the whole process of how the move would transpire from Gorinchem to Asse (Belgium). They provided ample boxes, tape and wrapping paper for the move, and very clear instructions on how to prepare our things. On the day of the move, their crew showed up on time, were extremely friendly, and very professional and speedy in the packing of our belongings. I would highly recommend their services, it was a pleasure to work with them.
