Altijd transparant en net...ga zo door heren! Both for magnifying glasses and microscope. 9 years ago started with the first purchase, last year old loupe glasses were exchanged. Ten eerste zouden ze gegevens met allerlei info over de loepbril naar mij toe sturen... Is er nooit van gekomen! Vandaag had ik een afspraak op de tandartspraktijk met hun gemaakt om de bril te passen. Ze kwamen hun afspraak niet na! Vervolgens belt een knulletje en geeft aan dat hij vanavond op de huisadres wilt komen..... Huh!? Je kwam je afspraak niet na, je biedt je excuses niet netjes aan en je hebt geen uitleg voor waarom je niet kwam opdagen.... En alsnog wil je dat ik de bril aanneem en betaal dan zijn ze er lekker vanaf! Mooi niet. Slordig, onprofessioneel, kinderachtige personeel en onbekwaam! Ik had deze middag speciaal vrij geregeld om hun op de praktijk te mogen opvangen. In hun regelement staat als ik afspraak niet zou nakomen, zou ik 125 euro moeten betalen. En nu komen zij de afspraak niet na, wat gaan ze hieraan doen? Een telefoontje na 1 uur pas en geeft aan dat hij hem op de huisadres brengt zonder dat ik het kan testen of het voldoet aan mijn wensen. Sorry hoor maar examvision is erg COMMERCIEEL bezig. Ik ga niks aannemen van hun en ga lekker naar een ander bedrijf, die mij kwaliteit kunnen leveren. Want kwaliteit is vertrouwen, deze personeel kan ik niet vertrouwen. Als er iets met mijn loepbril gebeurt kunnen ze niks doen. Ik adviseer om hier niks te kopen. Spijt spijt spijt. Very bad communication, unprofessional staff, don't keep their agreements! I am not going to take anything from them and go to another company that can provide me with quality. Because quality is trust, I cannot trust these personnel.
