OVER ONS

Wij zijn Marie-Jose van der Vegt, Andries van der Veen en onze zoon Jamahl Philips. Samen zijn wij verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen van ons hotel. Gastvrijheid is ons eigen. Wij zijn al vanaf 2003 actief met het ontvangen, verwennen en inspireren van onze gasten uit binnen- en buitenland. In 2003 zijn wij gestart met onze B&B ‘de Ridder van Zuthem’. Deze B&B was gesitueerd in een oud historisch monumentaal pand in de oude binnenstad van Zwolle. Eind 2016 zijn wij met deze B&B gestopt en hebben ons vervolgens met veel enthousiasme ’gestort’ op het verwezenlijken van een nieuwe droom in de vorm van ons kleinhotel ‘de Pelsertoren’.

S	Saskia de Nijs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een bijzondere plaats om te overnachten! We hadden de bovenste kamer, mooi ingericht en met ramen. Mijn ouders zaten op de eerste verdieping, zonder ramen, maar toch ook een aangename atmosfeer. En iets minder last van het stormachtige weer dat ‘s nachts om de toren raasde. We gingen ‘s middags eten in De Librije en mochten op voorhand onze spullen op de kamers zetten en kregen alvast de sleutel mee. Het bed was prima, het bad heerlijk en de douche ook fijn. Het ontbijt kon gebruikt worden in Engel, een klein stukje lopen het centrum in en ook dat was erg goed. We komen hier graag nog eens terug en hopelijk is het dan zo’n mooi weer dat we het mooie dakterras (met koelkasten en dranken) kunnen gebruiken. What a special place to stay! We had the top room, nicely decorated and with windows. My parents were on the first floor, with no windows, but still a pleasant atmosphere. And slightly less affected by the stormy weather that raged around the tower at night. We went to eat in De Librije in the afternoon and were allowed to put our things in the rooms in advance and were already given the key. The bed was fine, the bath lovely and the shower nice too. The breakfast could be used in Engel, a short walk into the center and that was also very good. We would like to come back here again and hopefully the weather will be so nice that we can use the beautiful roof terrace (with fridges and drinks).

Al met al een goede lokatie in een soort burcht Well-maintained rooms here, you are right in the center of Zwolle. You can order breakfast for delivery or pick up at Bakkerij Bart in Diezerstraat. All in all a good location in a kind of castle

F	Frans Peetoom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a the honeymoonsuite for one night because the room is spacey and has a big bathtub in the room. We were welcomed by Jamal, who was very kind and helpful. The Pelsertoren is a part of history and it was great sleeping here! It's in the centre of Zwolle.
