C	Caroline Vermeul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima accommodatie voor een nacht. De locatie is geweldig. Midden in het centrum en overal dichtbij. De kamer ziet er prima uit en is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Er is een faciliteit om thee te zetten. Ontbijt kun je verderop in een broodjeszaak. Het bed is zacht maar prima. Over de badkamer ben ik minder enthousiast. De wc maakt kabaal, net als het water en een douchegordijn vind ik echt niet fijn. De conclusie mag zijn dat de prijs kwaliteit in orde is. Als je een weekendje Zwolle doet is dit echt een prima plek om nachts te verblijven. Great accommodation for one night. The location is great. Right in the center and close to everything. The room looks fine and is equipped with everything you need. There is a facility to make tea. You can have breakfast in a sandwich shop further on. The bed is soft but fine. I am less enthusiastic about the bathroom. The toilet is noisy, just like the water and I really don't like a shower curtain. The conclusion may be that the price quality is okay. If you are doing Zwolle for a weekend, this is really a great place to stay overnight.
B	Bart Roos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jammer genoeg konden we geen contact krijgen met de verhuurder over het ontbijt. Bij een B&B verwacht je een ontbijt, maar we zijn telkens maar naar de bakker gegaan, omdat er niks voor was geregeld. Zeer vreemd dat de verhuurder niet reageert of eens informeert hoe het verblijf is (bleven 4 nachten). Accommodatie was matig, het water van de douche liep bijna niet weg en je kon niet een raam open zetten. De locatie was wel perfect, midden in het centrum, al is het niet ideaal dat er een studentenhuis naast zit. Unfortunately we could not get in touch with the landlord about breakfast. At a B&B you expect breakfast, but we always went to the bakery, because nothing had been arranged for it. Very strange that the landlord does not respond or even inform how the stay is (stayed 4 nights). Accommodation was mediocre, the water from the shower almost did not drain and you could not open a window. The location was perfect, right in the center, although it is not ideal that there is a student house next door.

Ook niet eens na een vraag gesteld te hebben hadden we geen contact kunnen krijgen. Er was veel achterstallig onderhoud. - De douche valt bijna uit elkaar + hele kleine ruimte om te douchen. - Het water liep niet goed weg. - De deurklink kan je eruit halen/valt er zowat vanaf. - Het trappetje omhoog is gammel en sommige traptredes zitten los. - Een gat in het plafond. - Het koffiezet apparaat moest ontkalkt worden daardoor konden we het niet gebruiken. Weliswaar was er nog oploskoffie. - Het ruikt er muf en je kan geen raam opendoen. Pros · The location is nice. Negatives · Poor service had no contact with the staff there. Not even after asking a question we could not have been contacted. There was a lot of deferred maintenance. - The shower is almost falling apart + very small space to shower. - The water didn't drain properly. - The door handle can be removed / almost falls off. - The stairs up are rickety and some steps are loose. - A hole in the ceiling. - The coffee machine had to be descaled, so we couldn't use it. There was, of course, still instant coffee. - It smells musty and you can't open a window.

De kamer ziet er niet erg verzorgd uit en de luchtverfrisser in de wc, die niet eens een normale deur heeft die op slot kan, is op. Als je doorspoelt volgt er een vreselijk geluid, dat ook klinkt als je de kraan gebruikt, en warm water is maar ongeveer een minuut beschikbaar voordat het ijskoud wordt. Voor een nachtje is het prima te doen als het moet, maar voor je plezier zou ik hier sowieso niet heen gaan. The breakfast was nice and the location is nice too, but I wouldn't recommend it anyway. The room does not look very well cared for and the air freshener in the toilet, which does not even have a normal door that can be locked, has run out. When you flush, there is a terrible noise, which also sounds when you use the tap, and hot water is only available for about a minute before it gets freezing cold. It's fine for a night if you have to, but I wouldn't go here for fun anyway.
L	Laurens Van Dam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De kamer heeft wel een leuke sfeer. Wat vooral jammer is is dat het allemaal net net niet is. Zo mankeert er veel aan het interieur. Missen er theedoeken. Is de douchegel wat karig. Leuk voor een keer maar niet echt een aanrader. The room has a nice atmosphere. What is especially unfortunate is that it all just isn't right. So much is wrong with the interior. Missing tea towels. Is the shower gel a bit sparse. Nice for once but not really recommended.

R	Rondvaart Zwolle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A short walk from the station, and well situated for us, we loved Onder de Peperbus. we stayed 4 nights in a very comfortable and clean room. The owners were very helpful, suggesting places for dinner and just chatting. Breakfast was truly excellent revolving around meats, cheeses and a wonderful Smoothie. The b&b set the tone for our awesome experience in the city. Even the high bed in our room added to the ambience. I don't think we have anything like that in Nova Scotia! (Thank you, guys for everything)
