โ โ โ โ โ I wanted to buy a boy hamster, what I highlighted and asked to check again if the seller is sure of the gender. The first day I discovered it had a lump, that started growing. I took him to the vet and cured him. It costed a lot of money. I asked for reimbursement for the price of the hamster but I was ignored. I think that the seller does not give the pets enough attention and the fact that I was treated like that was very rude. To put it simply, he sold me a faulty good and refused to take responsibility for that. Let alone this put me under an enormous stress and I suffered a great sadness because of my hamster's sickness. Besides, he turned out to be a female.

โ โ โ โ โ This is, by far, the most depressing (pet) store I have ever walked into. The animals are far from healthy and happy. It's a shame stores like this still exist here..... If you love animals, then don't buy them here. Adopt, don't shop.

โ โ โ โ โ When we bought a cat litter box, the owner talked to my two small kids to be responsible of cleaning the cat litter box. Right after we returned home, they started setting up the cat litter box and cleaned the litter so neatly. They said "the pet shop owner told us that it is our job, so we are in charge of it!" Not only selling goodies, but excellent guidance to little pet lovers ?

โ โ โ โ โ The animals look so sad and are with waayy too many in a small cage and i literally left with tears in my eyes. They let kids play with the animals like toys and scared them a lot. Terrible shop and i wish they would do something against it!

โ โ โ โ โ I personally dont understand some of the bad ratings as I go here at least 1 a 2x per week and I think its a typical non franchise pet shop. The animals are happy and the owner has very good intentions. Maybe the people with negative feedback arrived there between duties as I find the owner or his help often clean and refresh benches. They could do with some more space here of there, but the animals don't seen unhappy over it and I think its more personal preference. The owner has a lot of knowledge and is always open for questions of advice.

โ โ โ โ โ Please donโt shop at this store! This is the worst pet store I have ever seen. A bird sat next to his small, totally overcrowded cage. Every animal had to little space. The cages were very dirty.
Everything was so horrible I nearly cried after I left the shop. STOP animal cruelty!
