★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afspraak gemaakt met mevrouw mariska. Betreft een openstaand bedrag wat het doorliep bij de deurwaarder. En vervolgens liet ze de deurwaarder door betreft het hogere kosten. Belachelijk bv ga niet in zee!!
 Made an appointment with Mrs. Mariska. Is an outstanding amount that went through with the bailiff. And then she let the bailiff through the higher costs. Ridiculous eg do not go into the sea !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't have a great experience with this company. The house was valued based on a personal opinion in my point of view. Ms. Klerks compared the value of the house with houses that were sold in 2018 and 2017. On top of that, she highlighted points that were not related to the apartment itself. After calling her for clarification, she didn't answer the phone. I also sent messages, to no avail. In the end, I asked her to reconsider her work, which she declined via email. I asked a different agency to conduct another taxation. They valued the house a lot higher; there was a price increase of 25.000 euro. In summary, this company and Ms. Klerks are not customer friendly of helpful.
