★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De Vos heeft: pomp, pomphuis, en de slang van onze wasmachine gereinigd. De dag na zijn bezoek is de machine weer vastgelopen. Ik wil helemaal niet zeggen dat de man zijn vak niet verstaat. Wellicht hadden we hem nog een kans moeten geven ook, en wellicht was hij dan coulant geweest. Maar voor 15 minuten arbeid incl. voorrijkosten waren we al 113 euro kwijt. Als we weer problemen met de pomp kregen, dan zouden we ook een duurder onderdeel moeten bestellen zei hij.
Dan maar een nieuwe wasmachine.
Wat we nodig hadden was een one visit, good fix ervaring. Dat is een hoge standaard weliswaar, maar het is ook een dure dienst.

Perhaps we should have given him another chance, and perhaps he would have been lenient. But for 15 minutes of labor including call-out costs we had already lost 113 euros. If we had problems with the pump again, we would also have to order a more expensive part, he said.
Then just a new washing machine.
What we needed was a one visit, good fix experience. That is a high standard, but it is also an expensive service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na 16500 kopjes koffie begon onze machine naar een grote onderhoudsbeurt te verlangen,teveel lekwater,te weinig koffie in de kopjes,teveel spoelen en rare meldingen op het display en dat allemaal vlak voor de kerstdagen .Wij zijn echte capucino drinkers. Dus een afspraak met Miele duurt 14 dagen,dat is voor ons veel te lang.Google kwam met de ? en die hebben alles mooi opgelost en de koffie automaat is weer als nieuw.
After 16500 cups of coffee, our machine began to demand a major overhaul, too much dripping water, too little coffee in the cups, too much rinsing and weird messages on the display, and all that just before Christmas. We are real capucino drinkers. So an appointment with Miele takes 14 days, that is far too long for us. Google came with the ? and they have solved everything nicely and the coffee machine is like new again.
