★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Half uur in de showroom gelopen. In 3 auto's gezeten. Kofferbak open gehad. Niemand die je groet of vraagt of ze je kunnen helpen. Op den duur maar weer vertrokken.
Walked into the showroom for half an hour. Been in 3 cars. Open trunk. No one to greet you or ask if they can help you. Eventually we left again.

After a replacement they damage more on my car as before.
No reponse on email Phone nothing. They dont want repair the Damage of the Repair!!!
They do not give me a new appoint and told me i can come with my lawyer. First Volkswagen Nederland has solve the Problem after 8 Weeks. In this Time i had to drive every Day with damage Car.
They are really bad to a Customer. But if you want to buy a car really friendly!
Chosse another Dealer from De Waal but not Gorinchem!!!. It´s only a Tipp before you go in trouble with problems there. You dindt get any support or solution there!
