โ โ โ โ โ The lady behind the counter is incredibly rude. We were trying to look at some merchandise when she said we needed to move because she must pack the cupboards where we were standing (we were the only customers in the shop).Went to buy an item priced at โฌ12.95 per the price on the label and was charged โฌ14.95. When I queried it she said she knew there was another price but they have been changed and she didnโt have time to update it yet because she was at the dentist. When I paid for the product she impatiently pointed at the machine and chatted to the younger lady behind the counter with her. Terrible customer service, but the miffy toy is great.Would not return to this specific store.

Nintje is cute but lady was rude at casher .
I had gift card which I can use at multiple place.
I showed it to her and asked her if I can use it just in case
she said NO with her grumpy voice
And I paid and say thank you but she did not say anything else but that NO
Wow amazing attitude
Is that because I look like a Tourist?

I emailed to the shop but I guess the same lady replied and did not feel her sincerely ..
So I complained to official miffy Facebook about it they sent me a gift
If the lady was rude to you โฆ Speak up!!

โ โ โ โ โ Very very nice place to visit. If coming from Amsterdam Centraal, you can take tram number 4 and walk a short distance to reach the shop. Worth visiting if you didnt go to Utrecht Miffy Museum. The staff by the name of Stefanie was very helpful, friendly and nice. And even gave us a free reusable carry bag.

โ โ โ โ โ The shop was amazing, tiny but have a lot of Miffy stuff and with good prices! Staff was just " meh " she only said hello, bye and nothing else, no recommendations no interest in sell.

โ โ โ โ โ I was expecting the worst after reading all the reviews, but I had an amazing experience with the service of the personnel working there. They were very attentive and helpful. The store has a big selection of stuff, at good prices. When I was going to pay, the women at the cashier told me that I was receiving a little gift from the store and offered me to gift wrap the articles that I was buying. I left pretty happy ?! Don't miss it!
