Netjes gebeld voor afspraak met corona navraag, dag voor plaatsing weer gebeld met weer corona vragen, keurig op tijd vervolgens op afspraak en perfectie en nette montage. Deze monteurs vast houden. We zijn anders gewend. Today new stove installed by Sanidrome IJsselmuiden from Grootebroek. Big 10 for this choice of company. Neatly called for appointment with corona inquiry, called the day before installation again with corona questions, neatly on time then by appointment and perfection and neat assembly. Hold these mechanics. We are used to it differently.

Das de norm blijkbaar bij de woonschakel en ondertussen net doen alsof ze bezig zijn voor je, totaal niet oplossingsgericht. Gewoon enorm slecht. Zorgplicht werkt bij hun maar 1 kant op. Ze verwachten alles van de huurder maar als verhuurder.......drama! Empty promises and then lie that they never said that. Apparently this is the norm at the housing link and in the meantime pretend they are busy for you, not at all solution-oriented. Just really bad. Duty of care only works in one direction for them. They expect everything from the tenant, but as a landlord ..... drama!
R	R.S. I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je zou maar op de vrijdagavond nood hebben en het nood nummer bellen, er word gewoon na 16 minuten nog niet opgenomen?! Belachelijk!! You would only have an emergency on Friday evening and call the emergency number, they just don't answer after 16 minutes?! Ridiculous!!

Mijn tuin wordt nu ook gebruikt als parkeerpad van de woonschakel, maar blijkbaar heb ik geen rechten. En als ik daarvoor op kom, moet ik niet zo moeilijk doen. Het is JULLIE terrein.
