β β β β β Centrada Plaatst jongeren woningen op de site tot 22 jaar maar voor een prijs van 50 euro boven de huursubsidie grens van 18-22 dus de woning kan je krijgen tot 22 jaar maar wrl voor de volle pot en zonder recht op huursubsidie.
Ook gebeld voor een vraag erover (ik stond tot 6 x toe 1e maar kon pas accepteren na antwoord want mocht alleen huren met subsidie) duidelijk gezegd over 3 dagen de woning eraf gaat met als antwoord ja wij bellen u morgen terug met een antwoord of er 50 euro jongeren korting af gaat of niet, zo wel is de woning voor u. Dit zo een aantal keer gehad inmiddels al bijna te oud voor een jongeren woning en ben nog steeds wachtende op een jongeren woning (ingeschreven toen ik 17 was) Ondanks meerdere contact pogingen ben ik geen 1 x terug gebeld en kreeg alleen als antwoord wacht tot u gebeld word.

β β β β β Verschrikkelijk, 2 kamer appartement buiten het centrum bijna 600 p/m, ik zal het nog net geen bouwval noemen, 7 jaar geleden ingetrokken energielabel D, nu energielabel B maar er is niks aan het huis gedaan, huis houdt geen warmte vast want alle raamdelen en deuren moeten opnieuw afgehangen worden, slecht geΓ―soleerd en slecht aangelegde waterafvoer en verwarmingsleidingen, , scheur in de buitenwand en een keuken uit het jaar kruik, 80% van de binnenwanden zijn flink beschadigd en zitten vol vocht, CV ketels ging steeds stuk die moest dringend vervangen worden vanwege koolmonoxide gevaar, werdt geweigerd want het zou volgens hun pas jaren later worden afgeschreven, monteur komt voor de 3e keer in een jaar langs schrikt zich kapot en verteld mij dat ik blij moet zijn dat ik nog leef, de rest zal ik jullie besparen, al met al het is niet best.
