Ik moest mijn zonnebank zelf brengen en halen. Reparatie aan huis deden ze niet. Om zo'n groot zwaar ding van zolder in de auto te krijgen is nogal wat. Hier heb je dus 2 sterke mensen voor nodig. Het zou hun sieren als hierin werd meegedacht, immers, een nieuwe zonnebank komen ze toch ook thuis bezorgen? Op z'n minst zouden ze hem na reparatie misschien kunnen thuis bezorgen?
Let op, alleen als er iemand thuis is kon de zonnebank gebracht worden. Na reparatie mocht ik de zonnebank weer ophalen, hiervoor moest ik van te voren bellen. Op vrijdag kwam het voor hun niet uit dus belde ik zaterdag ochtend maar weer opnieuw. Meneer was net wakker en had nog even geen zin in zulke gesprekken en hing gewoon op.
Overigens ontving ik niet veel later wel een sms-je waarin stond dat ik de zonnebank kon ophalen op een bepaalde tijd, een excuus kon er zeker niet vanaf?
Dat noem ik pas klant-onvriendelijk!

Service is downright bad.
I had to bring and pick up my sunbed myself. They did not do home repairs. Getting such a big heavy thing from the attic into the car is quite a task. So you need 2 strong people for this. It would be to their credit if they thought along with this, after all, they will also deliver a new sunbed at home, right? At the very least they could possibly deliver it to your home after repair?
Please note, the sunbed could only be brought if someone is home. After repair I was allowed to pick up the sunbed again, I had to call in advance for this. It didn't work out for them on Friday, so I called again on Saturday morning. Mister had just woken up and didn't feel like such conversations for a while and just hung up.
By the way, not much later I did receive a text message stating that I could pick up the sunbed at a certain time, there was certainly no excuse?
That's what I call customer-unfriendly!
