Blijkt dat ik 1 maand opzegtermijn heb. Dus mijn kind moet naar een opvang BSO terwijl het BSO zogenaamd het beste wil voor het kind. Het is toch niet te geloven dat zij geld belangrijker vinden dan een kind wat voor niets naar de BSO moet. SUPERSLECHT KANTOOR MET ONVRIENDELIJK PERSONEEL! Ik kom hier zeker op terug via de geschillencommissie... I really can't believe it! My child registered via Debicare at a BSO and contract emailed. Immediately next day sent an email with request on-hold. Turns out that I have 1 month cancellation period. So my child has to go to a childcare center while the childcare center supposedly wants the best for the child. It is unbelievable that they consider money more important than a child who has to go to the BSO for nothing. SUPERSLIGHT OFFICE WITH FRIENDLY STAFF! I will definitely come back to this via the dispute committee ...

M	Mana Cum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krijg van de belastingdienst te horen dat ik te veel kinderopvang toeslag ontvangen zou hebben, omdat debicare een veel te laag bedrag als totaal jaarbedrag zou hebben doorgegeven. Bij controle blijkt inderdaad dat het jaaropgaven van Debicare een veel te laag bedrag is ivm hetgeen ik daadwerkelijk betaald heb. Gelukkig heb ik alle facturen bewaard en kon ik ook de afschrijvingen van mijn bankrekening laten zien. Geen wonder dat het kdv failliet verklaard is! Het is toch niet zo moeilijk een jaaropgave goed weer te geven? Het is simpel alle bedragen bij elkaar optellen! I hear from the tax authorities that I would have received too much childcare allowance, because debicare would have passed on a far too low amount as a total annual amount. A check indeed shows that the annual statement of Debicare is a much too low amount due to what I actually paid. Fortunately, I saved all invoices and I was able to show the debits from my bank account. No wonder the kdv has been declared bankrupt! Surely it is not that hard to properly represent an annual statement? It is simple to add all amounts together!

L	Léa Burgundy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debicare is simply NOT RELIABLE : there are regular mistakes in their invoices (strangely enough, they always ask more than the correct amount, it never happened that they asked less) . And in case you have some issues with them or if you simply flag that they have to comply with the law and regulations, don't expect they will act in good faith and fix the matter: the only reply they will give you is that, as a subcontractor, they are not responsible for anything. I am sure that a court would definitely not share these views ! ******* Additional comments further to Debicare's reply : I regret that I can only reiterate the above. I have been in direct contact with Debicare on many occasions to try to solve the matter. Honestly, they just don't care. It happened in particular - among many other incorrect invoices issued in the past years - that they unduly charged around 20 extra hours to all the parents of the children (from the same school) attending the same chilcare center. Although aware of the issue, Debicare did not in any way inform the parents concerned and only refunded the parents who expressly asked for it. So, indeed, Debicare is NOT RELIABLE. And this is just one example, amongst many, of their dubious practices.
