Both Eli and Patrick are very professional and succeed to adjust their lessons to all levels. Furthermore, they spread positivity and acceptation of your own body and limits. It is a very nice and friendly community to be in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super happy with the yoga classes from DeCommune! Eli and Patrick are very professional and dedicated teachers who spread so much positivity. Even though I still have a lot to learn in yoga and I am not comfortable yet with all positions, Eli and Patrick give me the confidence to at least try and discover my own strengths and limits. They make me feel very welcome compared to other yoga classes I attended before. Besides that, the pricing is really good, so I am definitely a huge fan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to change the energy around you, do yourselves a favour and check this yoga classes. Guys, this yoga thing its for real!! Haha, honestly i was ( until the first class of yoga with Eli) more into gym stuff but after spending an hour on the mat i must say i’m convinced that yoga is a necesarry part of life.
Eli and Patrick are such a good and positive vibe, i truly admire their dedication and positivity aaand as a bonus, the yoga studio is so cozy and bright and uplifting and recharging!
The first class with Eli was so relaxing and easy going and even if it was the first time for me on a yoga mat Eli made me feel like i was doing this since forever. No judging, no pressure…just warmth and kindness.
I must say that for me, a mom with 3 small kids, this was the first time in a long time that i felt i did something beneficial for my spirit and body.
Thank you Eli and Patrick? happy to have met you! Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalism and a warm, calming, relaxing atmosphere. Doing yoga with deCommune is my 1 hour escape, my quality me-time that I enjoy to the fullest. Teachers are pros and help to do my best. I really like not just the practice but the message transmitted to us every single time. Both leads us to be more conscious and strong, in mind and body. Perfect location and charming studio. What can I say? This community is all-inclusive, very recommended.
