Toen er iets mis was gegaan in de levering zijn wij hierover netjes gecontacteerd en werd er meteen een alternatief aangeboden. Zeker aan te raden! We have placed a large order with this store and have received excellent help from the friendly owner. When something went wrong in the delivery, we were contacted about this and an alternative was immediately offered. Definitely recommend!

Een zeer uitgebreid assortiment va de mooiste stoffen, een zeer vriendelijke en zeer behulpzame eigenaresse die een fantastisch arsenaal aan kennis heeft, waardoor je altijd met de goede spullen en degelijk advies naar huis gaat….. I've been coming to this store for years and it really is my favorite fabric store by far! A very extensive range of the most beautiful fabrics, a very friendly and very helpful owner who has a fantastic arsenal of knowledge, so that you always go home with the good stuff and sound advice…..
J	Jopie Verweijmeren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik wil kenbaar maken dat je niet correct behandeld wordt! Heb meerdere malen met tussenpozen de winkel bezocht, maar telkens zoooo onvriendelijk behandeld. Ik vind het fijn om te lezen dat ik niet de enige ben die dat ervaart! Zo jammer want ik zag ook weer prachtige wol liggen, maar dan maar verder rijden Tilburg ofzo want zo toegesproken worden kan echt niet! I want to let it be known that you are not being treated properly! Have visited the shop intermittently several times but treated soooo unfriendly each time. I'm glad to read that I'm not the only one experiencing this! Such a shame because I saw beautiful wool again, but then I drive further Tilburg or something because being addressed like that is really not possible!

Ze helpt ons goed, is vriendelijk en altijd geïnteresseerd in onze nieuwe projectjes. Goede service, scherp geprijsd en altijd aandacht voor de klanten. My mother and I have been coming here for years to get fabric and haberdashery and I am always very satisfied. She helps us well, is friendly and always interested in our new projects. Good service, competitively priced and always attentive to the customers.

Je krijgt een bevestigingsmail, dan hoor je niks meer en als je dan zelf informeert, blijkt bijna niets meer beschikbaar te zijn. Omdat de verkoop in de winkel intussen doorloopt. Best vervelend als je met een deadline zit om dingen klaar te hebben. Dus het verwerken van online bestellingen verloopt traag, bij mails krijg je het antwoord dat het meerdere dagen kan duren vooraleer je een mail terug krijgt. Zo gauw men in actie schiet, is er wel vlotte verzending. Bij nazicht zag ik dat de website nog steeds niet geactualiseerd is. Dus dit is een winkel waar je best gewoon naartoe rijdt, ik denk erg druk en niet genoeg man/vrouwkracht om tegelijk de onlinebestellingen af te handelen. Very nice range of fabrics, but ordering via the web is chaotic. You will receive a confirmation email, then you will not hear anything anymore and if you inquire yourself, it turns out that almost nothing is available anymore. Because the sale in the store continues in the meantime. Quite annoying when you have a deadline to get things ready. So processing online orders is slow, with emails you get the answer that it can take several days before you get an email back. As soon as one takes action, there is smooth shipping. When I checked I saw that the website is still not updated. So this is a store that you should just drive to, I think very busy and not enough man/woman power to handle the online orders at the same time.

C	Cinderella Beringer Servranckx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent selection. I was impressed by the sheer amount of fabrics, wool and all sorts related to sewing and handiwork. The shop owner is a fantastic help and really takes time out (when clientele numbers allow of course). The absolutely place to be (unfortunately I live abroad and have to make do).
