Ik heb hele goede ervaringen met hun. Voor mij geen "Parketkeizer" of "Laminaat Prijzenbreker". Ik kies toch elke keer voor dit familie bedrijf met een prettig persoonlijk contact. This company has since moved to Hoofddorpplein 13. They have already laid a floor in my house 4 times and have been a customer for 15 years. The service is excellent. I have very good experiences with them. For me no "Parquet Keizer" or "Laminate Prize Breaker". Every time I choose this family business with a pleasant personal contact.

Voor de 2e keer in 8 jaar een vloer gekocht bij Decork Amsterdam die de 2e keer binnen 2 weken loskwam van de ondervloer. Na 10 maanden nog steeds geen nieuwe vloer of zelfs geen excuses... laten je met een jong gezin gewoon door de spijkers en splinters lopen. Ik adviseer u hier geen vloer te kopen: ze beloven de wereld, maar leveren zeer slechte vloer en lossen problemen niet op. Je bent je geld kwijt. Not customer-oriented, do not respond to complaints or resolve them. Bought a floor at Decork Amsterdam for the 2nd time in 8 years, which came off the subfloor the 2nd time within 2 weeks. After 10 months still no new floor or even no excuses ... just let the nails and splinters walk you with a young family. I advise you not to buy a floor here: they promise the world, but they deliver very bad flooring and do not solve problems. You lost your money.

Bovendien ontzettende aardige mensen. Wij hebben bij Decork onze vloer gekocht en laten leggen. Is uitstekend gedaan. We kopen er ook altijd de schoonmaakproducten voor het hout. Nu na 12 jaar de vloer laten lakken met een matte waterafstotende lak ( Skylt lak) Is prachtig geworden. Top kwaliteit en vakmanschsp Customer for 12 years. Good quality / price and service. Excellent Communication. Clear agreements and bills. Moreover, very nice people. We bought our floor at Decork and had it installed. Is well done. We also always buy the cleaning products for the wood. Now, after 12 years, having the floor painted with a matte water-repellent lacquer (Skylt lacquer) Has become beautiful. Top quality and craftsmanship

Regelmatig contact gehad met Decork, die de belofte hebben gedaan “het op te lossen”. Nooit meer wat van gehoord. Normaal ben ik niet van het klagen via internet maar deze partij zou ik zeker afraden. Have a PVC floor installed by Decork. Unfortunately not a good experience. Lots of seams, broken strips and thresholds that do not fit properly. Have been in regular contact with Decork, who have promised to “fix it”. Never heard of it again. Normally I am not into complaining via the internet, but I would certainly advise against this party.

Vanaf het vloer-advies bij aankoop tot het verhelpen van afleveringspunten geheel naar tevredenheid. Onze feedback punten werden erkend en direct vakkundig opgepakt. En conform planning is de vloer gelegd. Totally 100% satisfied from purchase to delivery. That is how it should go with each party. In both the living room and kitchen we have a herringbone floor from Décork. From the floor advice with purchase to the settlement of delivery points entirely satisfactory. Our feedback points were acknowledged and immediately dealt with expertly. And according to planning, the floor has been laid.
