Wat dat betreft zit het qua oplossingsgerichtheid wel goed. Mede daarom de review aangepast van 1 naar 4 sterren. --- Als ik zo de reviews lees dan zal het ongetwijfeld een bedrijf zijn wat kwalitatief goede gietvloeren legt, maar allemachtig wat een matige in-take zeg. Bellen net op om een afspraak te maken voor op zaterdag over een aantal weken: "Nee sorry mevrouw, aangezien uw huis pas volgend jaar wordt opgeleverd kunnen wij geen afspraak maken op een zaterdag. De zaterdag houden we enkel open voor klanten welke binnen een paar maanden hun vloer nodig hebben. We kunnen voor u wel op een door de weekse dag een afspraak maken". Je voelt je wel echt welkom zo... Misschien dat we net de verkeerde persoon aan de lijn hadden, maar alsnog is dit toch wel echt heel bijzonder te noemen. Daar gaat een zo goed als zekere klant, op naar de concurrent. Update: Owner contacted us and wanted to think along with us in all kinds of ways to come to a solution. In that respect, the solution orientation is good. This is partly why the review has been adjusted from 1 to 4 stars. † If I read the reviews like this, it will undoubtedly be a company that installs high-quality cast floors, but what a mediocre in-take I say. Just called to make an appointment for Saturday in a few weeks: "No sorry madam, since your house will not be completed until next year, we cannot make an appointment on a Saturday. We only keep Saturday open for customers who arrive within a few need their floor for months. We can make an appointment for you on a weekday." You really feel so welcome... Maybe we just had the wrong person on the phone, but this can still be called really special. An almost certain customer goes there to the competitor.

Super leuke vriendelijke medewerkers. Eigenaar erg betrokken met het goed verloop van het project. Alles was met goede overleg en wij zijn erg tevreden. Great professional service! They have installed PU floors in our home in various rooms. All agreements have been fulfilled. Super nice friendly employees. Owner very involved with the smooth running of the project. Everything was in good consultation and we are very satisfied.
