Beautiful collection that is constantly updated and great advice. Really take the time for you even though the store is busy. After two visits, already my favorite shop!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. If I am in the mood for shopping, I will take this concept store as standard. Great brands, good staff with knowledge.

I bought a dress from Deense Kroon for my girlfriend's birthday gift. When she unwrapped my gift she spotted a tiny yellowish brown stain. It was very visible to her eyes but I didn't notice it when I bought it. Oops...
We were not sure if the stain will go away after washing it.
I brought the item back to the shop without washing it or wearing it. I asked for a change. However what I heard from the shop was unexpected.
"I don't know whether you made this stain or not"
I tried to appeal to the shop owner that stain was not from me nor from usage, but from its origin.
What I hear back from her is shocking.
"Get out of my shop. It's done"
I believed that good customer service should listen to customers and try to find a solution, not to blame customers or kick them out of the door.
I bought several items from this shop as I quite liked their vast collection which has expanded. However it seems like they are admittedly ignorant of what customer service is.
The dress is washed now but the stain remained. It is my worst experience of purchasing a gift ever.
Everyone who buys products from Deense Kroon should be aware the shop's attitude toward customer service – You won't be helped if you are unlucky to buy defected products.
