★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor service. Not replying to emails, then finally after a few tries make contact with you, set up a yime for some internet fixes and never show up. Follow up asking why they didn't show up - no reply again. A joke of a company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever! I am living in a house where solutio365 provides WiFi which doesn’t work at all. I called them, emailed them and this several times. I got told someone will look into it but nothing ever happened and they get paid for nothing. This service is no cent worth.

Changed new router and internet has back to normal.
Enjoyed internet speed ( most of time 50 to 60mbps ) and highly recommend to people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is a joke. We made an appointment to have our WiFi connection checked, after several emails about this issue with no results. On the date and time of the appointment, nobody showed up without any notice or explanation. After contacting the company again to ask for an explanation and to reschedule, I received no answer for one week already and it doesn't look like I'll receive one. Totally unprofessional company, we will probably never get our WiFi connection fixed.
