★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er ontbreekt een hoop bij het personeel op de klantenservice. Zeer onvriendelijk, niet deskundig en er word veel besproken wat je bij de werkplaats balie als klant kan horen en niet wilt horen. De beste mensen worden weggepest. Wij gaan in het vervolg naar Zeeuw en Zeeuw.
There is a lot missing from the customer service staff. Very unfriendly, not expert and a lot is discussed about what you can hear at the workshop counter as a customer and do not want to hear. The best people are bullied. In the future we will go to Zeeuw and Zeeuw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was visiting the area on holiday when our ford kuga had a battery low warning displayed on the dash. Found this place by searching google and was totally amazed and pleased to find that not only were they extremely helpful but they didnt charge for the new battery. I would like to thank them again for rescuing us and for their 5 star service - other ford dealers should take note!
