★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In de afgelopen weken heb ik deze boekhandel(weer) ontdekt en ik weet zeker dat als ik binnenkom ik altijd zeer professioneel word geholpen. Dat is elke keer een reden om terug te gaan. Probleempjes worden opgelost op de meest prachtige manier. Ik heb nogal eens contact gehad met Marco, en hij denkt mee , nee hij denkt vooruit en levert de mooiste kansen aan en oplossingen en als er iets niet goed gaat, heeft hij wederom een passende oplossing. Waar vind je dat nog? Bestellingen zijn eerder binnen dan gepland, word keurig gebeld als er een bestelling binnen is. Waarom wil iemand dan bestellen via het internet? De afgelopen week, moest ik bestellen via internet en dat ging helemaal fout!! Duidelijker kan niet, op naar de winkel!!
In recent weeks I have discovered this bookstore (again) and I am sure that when I come in I will always be helped very professionally. That is a reason to go back every time. Problems are solved in the most beautiful way. I have often been in contact with Marco, and he thinks along, no he thinks ahead and provides the best opportunities and solutions and if something goes wrong, he has a suitable solution again. Where can you find that? Orders are received earlier than planned, receive a neat call when an order is received. Then why does someone want to order via the internet? The past week, I had to order via the internet and that went completely wrong !! Clearer can not, on to the store !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wilde een pakje versturen, maar had het niet goed dichtgeplakt. Op de vraag "Heeft u misschien een stukje plakband?". was het antwoord eerst "nee", en even later "Dat mogen we niet meer doen.". Lekkere service.
En waarom is de winkel niet geopend op koopavond en gesloten op dinsdag, zoals de meeste andere winkels?
Er zijn veel mensen die werken en die niet tijdens kantooruren een pakketje op kunnen halen. En nee, bij de buren laten bezorgen is ook geen optie. Dat zijn ook mensen die werken. Gek hè.
En de dooddoener dat het de PostNL-balie en niet de winkel betreft, heeft niemand iets aan. Die zit namelijk in de winkel.
Dus doe hier iets aan!
Wanted to send a package, but did not close it properly. To the question "Do you perhaps have a piece of tape?". the answer was first "no", and a moment later "we can't do that anymore." Tasty service.
And why isn't the store open on shopping evening and closed on Tuesday, like most other stores?
There are many people who work and cannot pick up a package during office hours. And no, having the neighbors deliver is also not an option. Those are also people who work. Crazy, huh.
And the culprit that it concerns the PostNL counter and not the store, no one has anything. It is in the store.
So do something about this!

I came with brievenbus parcel well-packed and label printed. However, the lady scanned and rejected my parcel by saying if it is from Marktplaats I need to print a different sticker. (but this is exactly the online label generated by PostNL received through email). She unfriendly further said that she could print for me for an extra cost.
I took back my parcel with doubt and checked PostNL website. It should be free label printing in any occasion. What a scam. I went to another PostNL point at Al-Hidayah nearby, smooth and accepted. The owner confirms that the tracking code is good and even printed another label from the orange machine for FREE - it should be free!
This reminds me another time I came for returning with klantaanword, where she also did not know what/how to operate. I had to tell her to key in the code and she unwillingly print the label out. Thank you.
