Excellent second hand bookshop. Literature, philosophy you name it. Very friendly and knowledgeable advice. Definitely a must for bookworms!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verkoop NOOIT je boeken aan Leesbeest. De meerdere beloften om een zelfs een marginale vergoeding te betalen wordt nooit gehonoreerd. Dan past de de winkelnaam 't Liegbeest beter dan de gevoerde naam. Na inlevering van ruim 8 dozen in begin november 2021 met bijzondere kunstboeken en kunstcatalogie voor een luttel bedrag van € 100.- en meerdere betaalverzoeken moet ik helaas constateren dat beloven niet uitmondt in doen. Ach de wereld van woorden in boeken is bijzonder. Uit monden is de betovering weg. Cees.
NEVER sell your books to Leesbeest. The multiple promises to pay even a marginal fee are never honored. Then the store name 't Liegbeest fits better than the usual name. After handing in more than 8 boxes in early November 2021 with special art books and art catalog for a mere amount of € 100.- and several payment requests, I unfortunately have to conclude that promising does not lead to doing. Ah, the world of words in books is special. The spell is gone from mouths. Cees.
