N	Niels Lelieveld on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gebeld met DeKrie voor interesse in een auto, Wilde graag een afspraak maken om een testrit te maken, er werd mij verteld dat ik de volgende werkdag langs kan komen. Ik bel de des betreffende dag op om langs te komen en zonder dat ik word ingelicht gaat er iemand anders met de occassion van door. Medewerkers wijzen naar elkaar, meedenken richting een oplossing gebeurd niet. Er word vriendelijk excuus aangeboden maar meer niet. Communicatie is niet hen sterkste punt, ik ben erg teleurgesteld. Phoned DeKrie interested in a car, Wanted to make an appointment for a test drive, was told I can come by the next business day. I call the day in question to come by and without being informed someone else takes off with the occassion. Employees point at each other, thinking along towards a solution does not happen. A friendly apology is offered but nothing more. Communication is not their strong point, I am very disappointed.
D	Dennis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In september een mooie auto gekocht bij Dekrie. En zo als wel vaker gezegd word: als iets te mooi is zal het ook wel te mooi om waar te zijn zijn. En ja dat was het ook, bij de proefrit kwamen er twee kleine storingen aan het licht en deze zouden netjes verholpen gaan worden, dit klopt ook maar het duurde wel 3 weken en een paar boze telefoontjes. Eindelijk de auto opgehaald stond hij alweer heel snel bij de garage met nieuwe problemen, gelukkig had ik wel extra garantie bijgekocht. Over de problemen werd niet moeilijk gedaan en ook deze werden gemaakt. Echter duurde ook dit weer enkele weken en een hoop bellen naar Dekrie voor info over het verloop van de reparatie. Na dit scenario een paar keer te hebben gehad en er weer een storing op het Dashboard verscheen besloten de auto weg te doen. Van de 3 maanden dat ik de auto heb gehad heeft hij de helft bij de garage gestaan. Ik vond het contact, als dat er eindelijk was erg laks en niet professioneel. Ze hebben mooie auto’s staan maar laat er eerst een echte dealer naar kijken voor je iets koopt. Bought a nice car in September at Dekrie. And yes it was also, at the test drive there were two small malfunctions to the light and they would be tidy to be remedied, this is true, but it took 3 weeks and a few angry phone calls. He finally picked up the car very quickly at the garage with new problems, luckily I had added extra warranty. About the problems was not difficult and these were also made. However, this also took a few weeks and a lot to decree for info about the progress of the repair. After having had this scenario a few times and another malfunction appeared on the dashboard, the car decided to leave. Of the 3 months I have had the car, he stood half at the garage. I found the contact, if that was finally very lacquer and not professional. They have nice cars but first let a real dealer look at you buy something.
n	niek smits on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volvo V60 d6 uit 2013 gekocht. Eerste opzicht leek het heel mooi en kregen we ook veel voor onze inruil. Achteraf blijkt de auto erg naar rechts te trekken en dit hebben we direct gemeld. Uiteindelijk 3x terug geweest om het te laten verhelpen maar dit is niet gelukt, het eindigde met een opmerking van de eigenaar dat het wel mee zou vallen maar hij is er niet de snelweg mee op geweest. Aanbod gekregen om nog het weekend door te rijden en uiteindelijk om te ruilen voor onze 'oude' auto, dit hebben we ook gedaan maar koste ons €400,-. Ook het overschrijven kan niet bij Dekrie zelf en moet gebeuren bij het Postnl punt van de Karwei tegenover de autogarage. Ooit gesjoemeld met de RDW? Het is gek dat zo'n grote autogarage geen eigen faciliteiten hiervoor heeft. Volvo V60 d6 from 2013. Bought. At first sight it looked very nice and we also received a lot for our trade-in. Afterwards the car appears to be pulling to the right and we reported this immediately. Finally went back 3x to have it fixed but this did not work out, it ended with a comment from the owner that it would not be so bad but he has not been on the highway with it. We received an offer to drive through the weekend and eventually exchange it for our 'old' car, we also did this but it cost us €400. The transfer is also not possible at Dekrie himself and must be done at the Postnl point of the Karwei opposite the car garage. Ever cheated with the RDW? It is strange that such a large car garage does not have its own facilities for this.

I payed the car at friday and sent a driver to pick.up the car next.monday...bought flight ticket, reserve hotel, and train to go there...when i am arrived they told me that the car are sold to other customer....i call police because i had proove of payment and they had my money on their account.....i have contract from.that car on.my company name...CONCLUSION: police comes, told to wait outside, after they talked and police told that they give back money on my account and that i have to go ans buy other car???.....no words to explain ....they gave my maoney from car back but i was in oisterwijk without car, no transport and the money that i spent in flight, train hotel nobody payed me....that what i can call...NO HUMAN PEOPLE... i dont recomend these place to nobody???
J	Johan Kirsten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two emails and a phone call to confirm availability of a vehicle only to get there and the vehicle was sent to get washed 45 minutes away from the shop. Who sends a vehicle 45 minutes away to get washed??? The irony is that there is a car wash literally around the corner! Anyway, so after trying to engage with the sales staff, I was told that if I really am that interested in the vehicle that I'm welcome to drive to the washing place to view the vehicle. This was after spending nearly 3 hours on trains and buses to get to Oisterwijk. I mean I literally stood there with cash in bank to buy the vehicle I was interested in and there was zero effort from the sales staff to close a deal. Reaaaaaally bad service!
