L	Loes van Meterden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verschrikkelijk wat een slechte service. Jullie hebben mijn zieke moeder nu voor de 6de keer laten zitten in het ziekenhuis ondanks vooraf gemaakte afspraken. Dat arme mensje is helemaal van slag! Gelukkig kwam taxi Delfland binnen 5 minuten om ons moedertje te helpen! Bah bah bah u hoort nog van ons want dit kan echt niet! Terrible what a bad service. You have now let my sick mother sit in the hospital for the 6th time despite prior agreements. That poor person is completely upset! Fortunately taxi Delfland arrived within 5 minutes to help our mother! Bah bah bah you will hear from us because this is really not possible!
F	Fam van vliet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service, had voor mijn zoon twee aansluitende taxiritten geboekt, van Delft naar Poortugaal om een vriendin eerst thuis te brengen en dus een aansluitende rit voor hem van Poortugaal naar huis. Beide ritten op voorhand betaald, weigert de taxi chauffeur de tweede rit uit te voeren en laat hem gewoon in Poortugaal staan, om half vijf 's nachts!! Klacht ingediend, werd in eerste instantie netjes op gereageerd dat ze de chauffeur hiernaar zouden vragen, vervolgens niets meer gehoord en geen respons meer op mijn mails. Poor service, had booked two connecting taxi rides for my son, from Delft to Poortugaal to bring a girlfriend home first and thus a connecting ride for him from Poortugaal home. Both journeys paid in advance, the taxi driver refuses to perform the second journey and simply leaves him in Poortugaal at half past four in the morning !! Complaint was initially nicely responded to that they would ask the driver about this, then heard no more and no response to my emails.

F	Freek de Vrij on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima service. Kwam op tijd, rit verliep rustig en prijs weinig op aan te merken. Aan te raden. Excellent service. Arrived on time, ride was smooth and price was little to complain about. Recommended.
Y	Yauhen Zenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The terrible taxi service. It is even worse than terrible. Because of my job, I need to come to Delft three times a week for already 4 month. Each time I take taxi from train station, by ordering a taxi around an hour in advance. 70% of the time they are late. You are lucky if they are late 5 or 10 minutes, but pretty often they just send you the taxi when you call them to ask "where is my cab?". They usually tell "it is on his way and will be any minute", but you wait another 5-10-15 minutes untill taxi arrives. They never call you back themselves or tell you how to identify the car. Today I am already waiting for 15 minutes after giving them a call that they are late. And if you are so angry that call them and cancel the ride after 20 minutes of waiting - they still charge you around 6 euro for cancellation. Ridiculous! Never trust deltax taxi.

M	Menno Wolff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a working relation with these people for about a year. Several times, they confirmed rides to us, but never showed up. My customers were standing at the aiport and had to arrange their own transport. A simple "oh, sorry, I don't understand how that could have happened" was their response. This is maybe acceptable if it's a once off problem but this has happened at least 3 times in the last 6 months.

This is the second time (and last as I will never use their services again) they let me and my guests down early in the morning. I ordered a taxi from them yesterday for this morning at 6.45 and the driver didn't turn up and when I called, he simply announced that there was a traffic jam on a motorway which is a simple lie. My guests ended up having to walk to the station with many luggage. Sadly, this is the second time, last time the driver showed up with 25 minutes delay to the great stress of my guests who had to catch a plane. I thought it was an accident but today proved me wrong. Stay away from this taxi company
