Heel bizar dit! Mensen betalen niet voor niks jackpot prijzen voor taxi! Dit was verkeerd doorgeven door de centrale, die ook aan de telefoon erg kortaf en onbeschoft was. De taxi chauffeur was vriendelijk verder. Nooit meer met dit bedrijf als je ergens op tijd aan wil komen/vriendelijk geholpen wil worden. Reactie op reactie bedrijf: Dan ben u niet goed op de hoogte, aangezien dit maandag is gebeurd bij een van uw taxis. Ontkennen laat u ook niet perse klantvriendelijker over komen. Misschien herinnert u zich nog het telefoontje voor een taxi naar het revalidatie centrum, gevolgd door de zin: dus NIET naar het ziekenhuis. 10 telefoontjes, 20 x het woord revalidatie centrum en 45 minuten later bleek de taxi chauffeur toch bij het ziekenhuis te staan (omdat dat door de centrale in eerste instantie was doorgegeven).
