A very good gym, which has a wide range of sports. I like Krav Maga best. Beautiful changing rooms and large rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precies wat een sportschool hoort te zijn. Bij binnenkomst word je altijd gezien en gegroet. Je komt meteen in een frisse ruimte waar niemand in een hokje zit, letterlijk en figuurlijk.
De sfeer is fijn en sociaal en er is aandacht voor iedereen. Of het nou is voor een praatje of begeleiding op sportief gebied.
Just what a gym is supposed to be. You will always be seen and greeted upon arrival. You immediately enter a fresh space where no one is pigeonholed, literally and figuratively.
The atmosphere is pleasant and social and there is attention for everyone. Whether it is for a chat or guidance on sports.

Of je nou komt om eens lekker met gewichten in de weer te gaan, of voor één van de groepslessen, er zijn veel verschillende mogelijkheden om aan een gezond en sterk lijf te werken.
Ik kom er zelf graag voor bootcamp, fightclub en eigen ‘old school’ dumbell en barbell workouts.

Whether you come to work with weights or for one of the group lessons, there are many different options to work on a healthy and strong body.
I like to come there for boot camp, fight club and my own "old school" dumbell and barbell workouts.
